Venturing - Adventure using Leadership

Venturing is a high adventure program for boys and girls 14-20 years old. Learn and develop skills such as Vision, Planning, Decision Making, Teamwork, Problem Solving, and more through High Adventure such as Scuba Diving, Horseback Riding, Caving, Whitewater Rafting, Hunting, and much more.

Powderhorn sponsored by the North Florida Council. Powderhorn is a training opportunity designed to expose the Venturing or Boy Scout leader to resources necessary to operate a successful Venturing Ranger Award or Troop High Adventure program. Leaders will also get hands on activities such as caving, scuba diving (Wekiwa Wachee), water sports, shooting sports (Black Powder included), Living History, Fishing, and much more.
