Tournament Players Championship (TPC)
2008

 

Once again Black Creek District has been selected to provide volunteers for the upcoming Tournament Players Championship (TPC) to be held May 5 – 11, 2008 at Sawgrass.

 

The TPC has been one of the District’s major sources of funding for the District Campership Program. 

 

As in past years, those units providing youth volunteers for this event will earn $40 for the entire day or if they choose to work only half a day they earn $20.

 

Funds earned by each Scout are expected to support his long term summer camp needs. 

 

The TPC has restricted the age of the Scouts to age fourteen and older.  For each five (5) Scouts, two (2) adult volunteers are required for supervision (Two (2) deep leadership). 

 

If a unit has fewer than five (5) Scouts, two (2) adults will be required.

Sign up will be on a first come, first serve basis!

We are assigned the following work schedule;

Friday (May 9 th) 2 - 7 P.M.,

Saturday, (May 10th) 10 A.M. - 3 P.M. & 2 - 7 P.M.

Sunday, (May 11th) 10 A.M. – 3 P.M. & 2 – 7 P.M. 

 

Scouts may work the entire day Saturday or Sunday!

 

The following information is required by no later than March 15th.
