volunteers that helped with the Black Creek District Dinner and all that
attended the dinner.
IOLS Training
Wayne White
Black Creek is having an old fashioned IOLS Training at Spencer Farm
May 2-4, 2008 approximately $5.
Train Set Viewing
Wayne
White invited all Packs & Troops to come and view his train set
collection at his house; please call to schedule a time with Wayne

Unit Inventory Lists

Cummings if you have not completed your Unit Inventory please get with
Scott Wenzel as soon as possible as we are getting ready for
re-chartering.
Recruitment
Scott Wenzel :
great job to everyone in recruiting boys into Scouting and keeping the
boys active in BSA please make sure your boys are registered with BSA.

July 2007 had 641 boys currently approximately 1114 boys;
Boy Scouts July 2007 had 539 boys currently approximately 566
boys;

July 2007 had 96 boys/girls currently approximately 133 boys/girls

District Re-charter
Dick Keyworth District re-charter is due by 12/31/07.
District Fundraiser
Dick Keyworth Raffle winner was Nancy Ulrich the District
Chairperson.
Training

participants from Black Creek District; course dates Feb 8th

Scout Night with the
Barracudas

4, 2008 $11; $7 food vouchers; need headcount by January 1, 2008.
Awards
Were given out to
Kim Holmes for her help with the Cub Break Out Sessions and Bob
Armstrong for his help with the Boy Scout Break Out Sessions.
Roundtable changes
starting in January; set up will begin at 6:30 with snacks & drinks;
meeting will start at 7PM with Pledge and prayer; 7:05PM-7:25PM there
will be a 15 min opening presentation (song/skit) by either a Cub Scout
Pack or Boy Scout Troop; there is a schedule that will be designed &
used blue for Packs red for Troops; 7:25PM closing with DE with
Council/District announcements; 7:30PM breakouts by Pack or Troop with
appropriate announcements at each break out session not in the general
session.
