Cub Scout Leaders, Boy Scout Leaders, and
Venture Crew Leaders:
We have had a very successful Cub Scout and Boy
Scout recruiting this fall. To ensure that your Unit records and
National BSA records agree with each boy, we need to conduct an
annual inventory of Scouts. This is the first step taken to
accomplish our annual re-chartering.
There is a process for the inventory to be
accomplished. To conserve your time, I am asking either you or one
of your Unit Representatives come to a meeting Thursday, November
1 at Asbury Methodist Church. The meeting will start at 6 pm
and will end at 6:30 pm. Pizza will be served. - Yes, this is
the same night as the monthly Roundtable meeting.
Attached are some reminders for you to read.
Scott and I need you to select two adults who will coordinate your
unit inventory. After selecting these two adults, please send Scott
and I their names, addresses, and e-mail addresses.
