No more troops can register but you can
change registration for any scout.

Instructions:

Registration is to be done by
on adult per troop.
-
First, register the troop and
pick a password that will be used when you need to go back
and make additions or changes. You must enter a valid email
for the Scoutmaster - or someone in his/her place.

Then enter adult leaders.
Make sure to enter all adults that will attend. It's
very, very important that we have an adult head count and
contact information. Fill out information and click ADD. Do
not fill out T-shirt size.

Then add the scouts: Click on
ADD SCOUT. Add information and click on ADD.
-
Now click on the boys name
(It's blue and underlined) to pick his classes.

The registration program is not as perfect as we hoped it to
be, so if you have any questions or problems, email

Registration is open Friday, February 15 -
Monday, February 25, 2008.

Please make sure you know how many boys and adults are going
to camp (spend the nights) with you so we can give troops adequate camping
space.

Please check the website for constant updates about offered
classes and their pre-requisites. Some classes can only be taken if
pre-requirements are met.

DO NOT sign up boys for classes unless they intend
to be done with pre-requirements.

DON’T sign up boys for classes they are not ready
for, just to have somewhere to place them.

Cost for the Merit Badge Fair for Scouts and Scouters is
$5.00. Price includes a patch.

Payments are due February 25**, 2008. Failure to make payment on
time, will result in cancellation of your Troop’s registrations.

Each scout should bring a print out of the requirements and
worksheet for his merit badge to class. They can be found here:
http://www.meritbadge.com/worksheets/ , or he can bring the MB book.
Please note: the merit badge counselors will NOT have extra copies! "A Scout
is PREPARED!"

Upon arrival,
ALL Troops must sign in at the Camp Masters
HQ and turn in your Troop Roster and all Health Forms. All of these will be returned along with patches
at check out.

Each troop is expected to contribute with Merit Badge counselors
and/or assistants. Please sign up on the website as early as possible to
help us with the planning.

T-shirts are NOT part of the fee this year, and will not be given out for
free. To order T-shirts lease fill out the
T-shirt order form
and mail it in with a check no later than
February 14, 2008. T-shirts will be passed out at check-in so the Scouts can wear
their shirts during the event.
Dick's Cafe 2008
Friday Night Special: Hot dog - chips - soda : $2
Saturday: Hotdogs, Hamburgers, soda, candy for sale at lunch time. (Free
for counselors).
