Lifeguard Training – Ruthanne Baxley – May 18-25, 2008 @ Camp Echockotee; $30 fee; last date to sign up is May 15^th only 12 participants allowed.

Camping – Brian Paul – We would like to know where everyone is camping so please let Brian know by phone or email; there will also be a sign in sheet at each Roundtable for the information to be listed for other units to check out

Program Planning Conference – Paul Cummins - May 20^th – Camp Echokotee
Event for all scouts to learn about what is to come next year.  Starts at 7:00 doors open at 6:30.

Centennial Quality Award – Troy Nagle – All units need to get their quality unit forms to Troy ASAP. This is the only way to make Centennial Quality Unit.

Recruiting – Scott Wenzel - Every unit should be looking to add youth over the summer.  Select units will be doing a recruitment before the summer.
