Roundtable January 2010 Notes

Another great turnout for Webelos crossover and Arrow of Light ceremony leader training.  A lot a good ideas were shared for making the event memorable for the cub scout.

·         This is the most important event in a cub’s life.

·         Crossover & Arrow of Light are pack events (not troop)

·         Troops should be available and offer any assistance.

·         Boy Scout items are good ceremony ‘gifts’: neckerchief & slide, handbook, eplets.

Next Roundtable: February 4, 2010.  A guest speaker on scout skills for both cubs & boys.
